Quality Objectives
1 - To design and carry out the different strategic actions that guide the work of the Gimnasio “Nueva América”, ensuring an optimal educational service.
2 - To implement and maintain the Quality Management System of the Gimnasio “Nueva América”, ensuring its continuous improvement.
3 - To ensure the development of each academic action made by the school, which promote the comprehensive development of our students.
4 - To develop practical strategies and methodologies which promote assertive behaviors and attitudes that lead to a healthy and satisfactory coexistence by the members of educational community.
5 - To address and carry out the pedagogical project from Innovation and Learning focused on the intensification of the English foreign language, building meaningful evidences in terms of the development of its own communicative skills in all members from the educational community of the Gimnasio “Nueva América”.
6 - To guide the different target populations in the admissions and enrollment process ensuring an adecuate attention to the users based on the established profile by the Gimnasio “Nueva América”, controlling the efficency in the offer and the acquisition of the educational service towards the potential customers, as well as the users’ loyalty.
7 - To provide and support the processes of the Quality Management System, delivering data, information and resources (economic, equipment and technological) in a timely and effective manner, so that they make opportune decisions for the continuous improvement of the institution.
8 - To strengthen the competence and suitability of the directors, teachers and employees of the Gimnasio "Nueva América" through a comprehensive management of human talent to ensure compliance with the institutional objectives and goals, in accordance with the guidelines of the process, the QMS and the Institution.
9 - To contribute to the development of biopsychosocial and vocational orientation of students, taking into account the changes inherent to their developmental stages, correlated with their family, social and cultural context; through school, cognitive, behavioral and family orientation.
